Q. What if I miss the ferry?
A. The ticket reference number you will have been issued with will provide a return ticket for the next available ferry. Therefore you can't actually 'miss the boat'.
Q. What happens if the Tarifa - Tangier ferry is cancelled?
A. You will be advised of a contact telephone number to ring immediately before you set off for Tarifa. You will then be advised as to the real-time situation with regard to the status of the ferry service. If the service is cancelled, then there will be two possible options...
To change to the Algeceras / Tangier Ferry, should this service be available.(there is a 5€ surcharge)
To postpone or cancel your trip.
Q. Is it easy to park at the Tarifa ferry terminal?
A. Parking restricted at the terminal itself, but there is (free) parking at the fisherman's port immediately to the right of the port. There is also ample parking along the sea front to the left of the Port.
Q. What if I don't feel like making the Trek on the day?
A. This is your choice. However, as the Trek is available to you, there will be no refund if you elect not to participate.
